The safety of our customers, teams and communities is our first priority and we have put in place a number of measures in order to allow you to continue to shop online.
Our courier companies are modifying their delivery processes in how they collect and deliver your parcel to minimise contact ensuring everyone’s safety.
We realise there will be delays in you being able to send your returns therefore we are extending our return period to 30 days and will extend this further should the need arise.
Store Pick Up
If you are waiting to pick up an order from our store it will be available to pick up when our store re-opens. We will hold your items for you and extend the returns period should you wish to make a return.
We appreciate that every decision we make impacts the people we love and understand that lives have already been greatly affected.
